Motions to be voted on at the September 10th Business Meeting
MOTION TO BE VOTED ON SEPTEMBER 10th

I move that, after maintaining the Coral Gables Group’s established prudent reserve, all excess funds be distributed among the following A.A. service entities:

35% to Miami-Dade Intergroup

30% to District 10
-
20% to Area 15
-
15% to the General Service Office
Background
This distribution directs 65% of the Group’s excess funds to local A.A. service entities—Miami-Dade Intergroup and District 10—while providing 35% to Area 15 and the General Service Office, which support A.A. throughout South Florida and A.A. as a whole.
This allocation allows the Group to support carrying the message at the local, district, area, and national levels.
The distribution may be reviewed annually by the Group Conscience and adjusted as necessary.

I move that the Coral Gables group conduct a group in inventory facilitated by a: District Committee Member from District 10 Miami-Dade County on November 5th at 6:45 pm in place of the scheduled group conscience meeting.
