1) Motion to include a call for volunteers to help clean up after the meeting before the meeting is closed with the Prayer. Motion by Kristy, seconded by Pepe. PASSED

2) Motion to have readers stand at the podium for the hybrid Birthday Night meeting, by Pablo, seconded by Pepe. PASSED

MOTIONS for vote in December:

To discontinue the Sunday 5:30 speaker meeting, as there is a 4 pm meeting that is well established and can absorb any who may wish to attend an afternoon meeting
